Abstract

Der Artikel berichtet über "KlimaKonkret", eine private Non-Profit-Initiative, die sich vor dem Hintergrund der Auswirkungen des Klimawandels für eine zukunftsorientierte und lebenswerte Vision von Gemeinden und Städte einsetzt. Sie will Bewusstsein schaffen und Mut machen für die Umsetzung von Klima-Modellvorhaben aller Größenordnungen.The bottom-up non-profit initiative „Klimakonkret“ aims at raising awareness of the consequences of climate change, with a special focus on heat-related effects, as well as supporting decision-makers in meeting the challenge the "KlimaKonkret Plan“: containing information on 46 ad­aptation measures, and the "KlimaKonkret"-Servicecenter within the Climate Change Center Austria (CCCA) offer advice, inspiration, visions, tips on funding opportunities and professional support to co-design climate resilient cities.
