Digitalisierung im ÖPNV: Auf dem Weg zum Standard. Bericht vom IBIS-IP-Forum 2016: IP-Technologie auf den ÖV-Fahrzeugen.

Abstract

Fahrgastinformation ist eine Kernaufgabe der Verkehrsunternehmen. Mit der zielstrebigen Verfolgung des IP-basierten Standards gemäß VDV 301 (IBIS-IP) soll zukünftig der alte IBIS-Standard abgelöst werden. Im Rahmen des öffentlichen IBIS-IP-Forums haben sich im Juni 2016 bereits zum zweiten Mal verschiedenste Hersteller für das sogenannte Plug-Fest in Köln zusammengefunden, um den Stand der Technik mit direkten Verbindungen der modernen Fahrgastinformations-Geräte zu prüfen und erfolgreich zu testen.Passenger information is a core task of transport companies. Due to a determined pursuit of IP-based standards according VDV 301 (IBIS-IP), the old IBIS standard is henceforth to be replaced. Already for the second time, various suppliers have met within the public IBIS-IP forum in June 2016 in Cologne for the so called Plug Fest. The intention hereby was to examine and test successfully the state of the art of direct connections of modern devices for passenger information.
