Abstract

Die Höft & Wessel AG entwickelt ein vollkommen neues mobiles Kontrollterminal für elektronische Fahrkarten. Damit können E-Tickets auf Basis von RFID-, OCR-, und Barcode-Technologie gelesen werden. Das neue Terminal mit dem Namen almex.motive kann für alle E-Ticket-Standards wie VDV-KA, ITSO und Calypso eingesetzt werden. Als Optionen stehen WLAN und die NFC-Technologie zur Wahl. Als Besonderheit kann das Gerät auch über eine gesicherte Bluetooth-Verbindung mit einem Handheld verbunden werden.Höft & Wessel is developing a completely new mobile inspection terminal for electronic tickets. It allows e-Tickets to be read that are based on RFID, OCR and barcode technologies. The new terminal known as almex.motive can be deployed for all e-Ticket standards such as ITSO, Calypso and VDV-KA. Other options available are WLAN and NFC technology. As a special feature, the device also can be combined with a handheld via a secure Bluetooth connection.
