Abstract
Nach einer Bestandsaufnahme aller für die Stadtentwicklung relevanten Bereichen werden Zielvorstellungen für die Schwerpunkte Wirtschaft, Verkehr, Soziales usw. untersucht und ein Konzept für mögliche Industrie- und Gewerbegebiete erstellt. Die Projektionen reichen dabei bis zum Jahre 1995, die Investitions- und Folgekosten dieses Stadtentwicklungsprogramms werden vorgelegt.
