Integrierte Fahrgastinformation für den öffentlichen Verkehr. Vernetzung von Defas Bayern und RIS der Deutschen Bahn.

Abstract

Reisendeninformation ist eine zentrale Herausforderung für alle Akteure im öffentlichen Verkehr. Eine Grundvoraussetzung dafür ist die Verbindung der vorhandenen Datendrehscheiben für einen Datenaustausch sowie die Vernetzung der rechnergestützten Betriebsleitsysteme (RBL) der einzelnen Verkehrsunternehmen. Dadurch können die Echtzeitdaten an einer zentralen Stelle gesammelt, konsolidiert und für die Fahrgastinformation und Anschlussdisposition/-information nutzbar gemacht werden. Thema des Beitrags ist die Einrichtung einer Datenaustauschverbindung zwischen den Datendrehscheiben RIS der DB und dem Bayerischen Informations-Management-System (ByIMS) der BEG.Passenger information is a central challenge for all players in public transport. Connecting the central data hubs and a constant data exchange between the computer aided dispatch systems of different operators therefore is a basic requirement. This means to collect and consolidate real-time data at a central place and make them suitable for passenger information and operational decisions, e.g. to ensure connecting services. Subject of the present article is the setup of data exchange between the ReisendenInformations­System - shortly RIS - of DB Mobility Logistics AG and the Bayerischen Informations-Management-System (ByIMS) of Bayerische Eisenbahngesellschaft (BEG.).
