Abstract
Die Standortwahl der Industriebetriebe in Nordrhein-Westfalen wird anhand einer Auswertung von 1619 Ansiedlungsfällen im Zeitraum von 1955-1971 zur infra- und wirtschaftsstrukturellen Ausstattung in Beziehung gesetzt. Dazu werden Indices errechnet, mit deren Hilfe der vermutete Zusammenhang beider Faktoren bestätigt werden kann. Die Ergebnisse werden als Grundlage für eine regional differenzierte Landesentwicklungs- und Industrieansiedlungspolitik verstanden.
