Abstract
Schirmmotto: "Wir gegen Stillstand". Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement, Beruf und Familie, Fahr fair: Konkrete Projekte, in denen Gesundheit, Vereinbarkeit und Arbeitsorganisation im Mittelpunkt stehen.
Over the past five years, Wiener Linien has been implementing several integrated projects to improve its corporate culture and its position as an employer. Culture of recognition: The aim is to establish respectful cooperation within the company by means of coaching, workshops, symbolism and communication. Employer branding: Under the motto "tackling inertia together", existing internal and external practices are being changed and new ones introduced to present Wiener Linien as an attractive employer. Occupational healthcare management, job and family, drive fairly: Targeted projects which focus on health, work-life balance and personnel policy.
