Abstract

Bei nur begrenzt zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln spielt Kostensteuerung eine besonders wichtige Rolle. Gerade bei komplexen Bauvorhaben ist eine Vielzahl von Einflussgrößen so zu steuern, dass mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln möglichst viel gebaut werden kann. Anhand einer effektiven Projektstruktur, die sich durch die Bildung von Bauteilen unterschiedlicher Inhalte und Zuordnungen auszeichnet, wird derzeit das Stadtbahnprogramm in Gera verwirklicht. Es wird aufgezeigt, dass nur mit einer tiefgreifenden Projektstruktur ausreichende Möglichkeiten zur Kostensteuerung geschaffen werden können. difuCost control is a very important aspect if only limited public funds are available. Especially the various actuating variables for extensive projects like new rail rapid transits have to be controlled carefully in order to construct as much as possible with the funds available. By the introduction of an effective plan structure, i.e. the construction of different building components and assignments, the new light rail rapid transit in Gera is realised at the moment.
