Abstract

Als ein Baustein innerhalb des Qualitätspaktes NRW ermittelt und vergleicht der erste NRW-weite Qualitätsbericht für den SPNV die Entwicklung von Pünktlichkeit und Zugausfällen im Nahverkehr. Er benennt Probleme in der Eisenbahninfrastruktur und zeigt ihre Auswirkungen auf den Schienenverkehr auf. Darüber hinaus berücksichtigt er die Ergebnisse einer landesweiten Kundenzufriedenheitsanalyse. Der Vergleich von 2003 zu 2004 zeigt insgesamt eine Verbesserung der erfassten Qualitätskriterien, wobei allerdings von einer befriedigenden Situation noch keine Rede sein kann. difuAs one module within the "Qualitätspakt NRW", the quality-report for the SPNV (regional rail transport) determines and compares the development of timeliness and train failure in short-distance traffic. It describes problems in railway infrastructure and shows their impact on traffic. Furthermore the report considers the results of a customer survey. The comparison of 2003 to 2004 generally shows a quality improvement in the recorded criteria, although there is still no satisfactory situation at all. Due to its annual update this report will establish as a reliable device to improve the SPNV in North Rhine-Westphalia. difu
