Abstract

Der Bau von Fahrleitungen erfüllt die typischen Kriterien von Projektgeschäften. Projektlaufzeit, zahlreiche ineinandergreifende Gewerke, Randbedingungen, die sich bei Projektbeginn nicht hundertprozentig definieren lassen. Am Beispiel des Messebahnhofs in Düsseldorf wird gezeigt, wie es einerseits gelingt, unter Einbeziehung aller Randbedingungen eine gute Leistung zu erbringen und andererseits die Projektvorgaben im Hinblick auf Termine und Kosten einzuhalten. Neben der Darstellung der technischen Elemente Gründung, Maste, Fahrdraht und Berührungsschutz wird die Bedeutung der Planung für den Projekterfolg deutlich gemacht. difuThe erection of overhead contact systems shows the typical criteria of project business. With the project new fare station in Düsseldorf the authors exemplify both how to perform excellently with involvement of all ancillary conditions and how to stick to the requirements of the project regarding deadlines and expenses. They explain the technical elements foundation, poles, overhead contact system and protection against contact and show the importance of an accurate planning for the success of the entire project. difu
