Abstract
Öffentliche Verkehrsunternehmen geraten immer mehr unter Druck, sich auf dem Markt zu behaupten. In diesem Zusammenhang gewinnen nicht nur ihre Marktanteile und ihr Handlungsumfeld an Bedeutung, sondern auch ihr Rollenverständnis gegenüber ihrem öffentlichen Eigentümer. Im Rahmen des BMBF-Projekts InnoBau haben sich Unternehmen der Baubranche dafür entschieden, eine innovationsfähige Unternehmenskultur einzuführen. Mit Ergebnissen, die nicht nur den Blick über den Tellerrand, sondern auch eine Übertragbarkeit auf die eigene Branche erlauben. difu
Public transport companies are more and more pressurised to stand their market position, this means that not only their market shares and their market areas gain in importance but also their position referring to the public owner. How may competitive success may looks like today? Within the InnoBau project, supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the participating companies of the building industry decided to introduce a corporate culture therewith being ready for innovation. This means not only a view beyond the own nose but also a transfer to their own industries.
