Gesucht: Mobilitätsmanager im ÖPNV. Studie definiert Trendqualifikationen für moderne Mobilitätsdienstleister.

Abstract

Das isw Institut analysierte Qualifikationsentwicklungen von Mitarbeitern im Bereich Mobilitätsdienstleistungen und fasste diese in Form von Trendqualifikationen zusammen. Bundesweit wurden in der Verkehrsbranche, insbesondere bei Mobilitätsdienstleistern des ÖPNV veränderte Tätigkeitsinhalte und Qualifikationsanforderungen ermittelt. Diese wurden zu Qualifikationsprofilen strukturiert und mit Mobilitätsexperten in einem Workshop in Bonn überprüft. Die Ergebnisse wurden in einer Studie zusammengefasst. difuThe isw Institute analysed skill needs in the public transport sector and defined innovative qualification for mobility services. Within companies of the public transport sector in Germany the isw identified changed and new occupations as well as related skill needs. The identified skill needs have been structured as qualification profiles in order to discuss and verify them with public transport experts within a workshop.
