Abstract
Die EU-Verordnung 1370/2007 wurde am 3. Dezember 2007 veröffentlicht. Bis zum Inkrafttreten Ende 2009 sind noch offen gebliebene Punkte, insbesondere die Bestimmung der zuständigen örtlichen Behörde und die Eingruppierung der bisherigen Genehmigungsarten in das neue Regime, zu klären. For example the determination of the competent local authority and the classification of the former public passenger transport services right are still unclear.
