Um die Kundenzufriedenheit und damit die Nutzungszahlen weiter zu steigern sowie profitabler zu werden, sollte aber die Abwicklung des Ticketkaufs noch schneller und sicherer werden. Den Schlüssel liefert hier die RFID-Technologie von Feig Electronic.
