Abstract
Die Siedlung "mehr als wohnen" in Zürich ist ein Leuchtturmprojekt für nachhaltiges genossenschaftliches Wohnen. Dreizehn Gebäude bieten Wohn- und Arbeitsraum für 1.100 Menschen und dienen den beteiligten 30 Genossenschaften als Innovationsplattform. Über ungewöhnliche Familien-, Alters-, und Cluster-Wohnungen sowie Serviceangebote (Gästehaus, Restaurant, Mobilitätsstation) hinaus werden neue Baumaterialien und energetische Konzepte angewendet.
