Abstract

Kennzahlensysteme, Benchmarks und Balanced Scorecard sind feste Bestandteile des Controllings in der Instandhaltung und des Asset Managements im Schienenverkehr. Die einschlägige Normung, die Auswahl und die Nutzung von Kennzahlen werden vorgestellt. Der Nutzen ergibt sich aus der verbesserten Steuerung des Instandhaltungs- und Asset-Managements.Meanwhile key figure systems, benchmarks and balanced scorecard are fixed components in the controlling of maintenance and asset management in the rail industry. Corresponding standards, the selection and use of key figures are presented in this article. The profit mainly results from the improved control of maintenance and asset management.
