Abstract

Der ÖPNV befindet sich im Umbruch: Auf Grund der Finanznöte der Kommunen nimmt der Kostendruck für die rund 550 kommunalen Verkehrsunternehmen dramatisch zu, die Branche muss sich mit neuen Rahmenbedingungen und Vorgaben auseinandersetzen.
