Abstract

Mit Unterstützung von Datenbanksystemen führt der Rhein-Mein-Verkehrsverbund seine Vergabeverfahren erfolgreich durch und managt seine Verkehrs-Service-Verträge: Das eBIS ermöglicht eine Volltextsuche nach gleichartigen Bieteranfragen aus früheren Vergabeverfahren und gewährleistet eine konsistente Beantwortung. Im eVMS wird der gesamte Lebenszyklus eines Vertrages vom Moment seiner Unterzeichnung bis zu seiner Beendigung inhaltlich erfasst, bewertet und sanktioniert.Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) uses state of the art information systems to successfully run bidding processes and to manage its service contracts: While eBIS uses a free text search engine to ensure consistent handling of bidder inquiries over the complete history of bidding processes, eVMS manages the complete life cycle of a service contract from the moment of signing until its expiration delivering contract details, contract evaluation and sanctioning.
