Abstract

Der Wettbewerb im ÖPNV ist Anlass, aktuell auch über eine gesellschaftsrechtliche Trennung von Betrieb und Infrastruktur von BoStrab-Systemen (U-Bahn, Stadtbahn, Straßenbahn) nachzudenken. Der Verwaltungsrat TRAM des VDV hat dieses Thema aufgegriffen und ein Diskussionspapier als gegenwärtigen Sachstand erstellt. Die Empfehlung sieht die Beibehaltung der vollen Systemeinheit in einer Organisationseinheit zur Erreichung bestmöglicher Ergebnisse für alle am ÖPNV Beteiligten vor.The competition situation of the public passenger transport gives reason to think about a separation of operation and the infrastructure of metros, tramways and other light rail systems. The administration board TRAM of the VDV (Association of German Transport Undertakings) has taken up this subject and issued a discussion agenda for the current stage of proceedings. They recommend the perpetuation of the complete system unit in one organizational unit to achieve the best results for all those involved in the public passenger transport.
