Abstract
Ausgehend von einer kritischen Betrachtung rein ökonomisch orientierter Modelle und der Problematik der Messung sozioökonomischer Problembereiche wird vorgeschlagen, Indikatorenmodelle unter Verwendung indirekt gemessener, komplexer Variablen zu konzipieren. Es wird ein Sozialindikatorenmodell für den Arbeitsmarkt entworfen, das eine Vielzahl von Indikatoren der Funktionsfähigkeit des Arbeitsmarktes und der Qualität von Arbeitsbedingungen enthält. difu
