Abstract
Die Frage make or buy wird in Zeiten der Kosteneinsparungen immer wichtiger für die Verkehrsunternehmen. Der Beitrag stellt die Erfahrungen mit der Fremdvergabe telefonischer Dienstleistungen der Regionalverkehr Münsterland GmbH (RVM) dar. Durch das outsourcing der telefonischen Fahrplan- und Tarifauskünfte, der Annahmen von Bestellungen bedarfsgesteuerter Verkehre (Taxibus-Disposition) und der Aufnahme von Beschwerden und Anfragen zu Fundsachen konnten mehr als die Hälfte der vorherigen Kosten eingespart werden. difu
The question whether - to make or to buy - is becoming much more important for transport companies in view of cost saving projects. This article reports on the experience made by the local transport company Regionalverkehr Münsterland GmbH (RVM) after outsourcing their call services. By doing so, more than half of the previous costs could be saved referring to any call services for time schedules and fee information. Even the order taking of requested transport services (taxibus) and the takings of complains and inquiries to lost properties were included. difu
