Abstract

Die Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe - das größte kommunale Nahverkehrsunternehmen Deutschlands - hat 2016 eine eigene App für die interne Kommunikation gestartet. Die "Profil App" ist jedoch nicht nur ein zusätzlicher Kanal, der mehr Reichweite und Aktualität gewährleisten soll, sondern soll zukünftig zur zentralen Informationsdrehscheibe des Unternehmens ausgebaut werden.In 2016, the transport company Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe - the biggest municipal public transport company in Germany - has started its own App for internal communication.
