Abstract
Dem steigenden Druck am Wohnungsmarkt einer wachsenden Stadt kann in Hannover durch geeignete Baulandbevorratung in der Vergangenheit begegnet werden. Am ehemaligen Expo Gelände wird derzeit das Kronsbergquartier entwickelt. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die allgemeine Planung, die genutzten Instrumente und den aktuellen Stand des Gebietes.
The increasing pressure on the housing market of a growing city can be countered in Hannover by appropriate building land provision in the past.
