Abstract

Tariftreueregelungen binden den Auftragnehmer eines öffentlichen Auftrags an bestimmte soziale Mindeststandards. Sowohl in der politischen Sphäre als auch zwischen den Sozialpartnern besteht ein breiter Konsens, dass solche Vereinbarungen sinnvoll und notwendig sind. Daher wird es 2015 vermutlich solche Tariftreueregelungen in allen Bundesländern mit Ausnahme von Bayern geben. Die laufenden oder anstehenden Evaluationen der Tariftreueregelungen bieten die Möglichkeit, diese zu verbessern und praxisnäher zu gestalten.Collective agreement loyalty regulations bind the contractor of an public contract to comply with certain minimum social standards.
