Abstract

Seit inzwischen fünf Jahren überwacht der Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr (VRR) die Qualität seines gesamten Eisenbahnbetriebs mit dem selbst entwickelten Controlling-System Quma SPNV. Bedient wird Quma bequem über eine Internet-Plattform, auf der die Informationen aus den unterschiedlichen Bereichen des Zugbetriebs zusammenfließen: Sowohl Messdaten der Eisenbahnunternehmen zum kompletten Betrieb als auch die Ergebnisse verdeckter Qualitätsprüfungen der VRR-Profitester werden über Internetschnittstellen rund um die Uhr angenommen, automatisch weiterverarbeitet und abschließend archiviert. Seit 2006 ist Quma in ganz Nordrhein-Westfalen im Einsatz, seit Januar 2009 wird das zentrale Online-System von den SPNV-Aufgabenträgern in Rheinland-Pfalz mitgenutzt.Since about five years, the transportation association Rhein-Ruhr (VRR) has been controlling the quality of all rail operations by Quma SPNV, a controlling system for the regional rail transport which was developed by them. Quma is comfortably operated via an internet platform cumulating all information from the different areas of the rail system. Any measured operating data of the railway companies as well as the results of covered quality tests made by VRR pro testers are recorded 24/7, automatically processed and finally filed. Since 2006, Quma has been used all over North-Rhine Westphalia and since January 2009, the central online system has been used by regional rail transport authorities in Rhineland Palatinate.
