Abstract
Die Automobilindustrie hat sich für HFO-1234yf als neues Kältemittel mit geringem Treibhausgaspotential (GWP = 4) entschieden. HFO-1234yf könnte auch eine gute Alternative für Busse sein. Die Autohersteller haben sich auf das CRP (Cooperative Research Program) verständigt, um eine umfassende Bewertung von Alternativen vorzunehmen. Von ihrer Erfahrung bei der Auswahl der besten Lösung könnte die Busindustrie profitieren.
The automotive industry decided to use HFO-1234yf as a new refrigerant for MACs due to its low GWP of only 4. HFO-1234yf could also be a good alternative for air conditioning buses. Car manufacturers have agreed on the Cooperative Research Program (CRP) to fully assess possible alternatives. The bus industry could benefit from the program?s expertise in finding the best solution: It should cooperate closely and develop a similar CRP, in order to identify the most suitable future refrigerant for buses.
