Abstract
Die Qualitätsentwicklung in der Pflegekinderhilfe ist ein Schwerpunkt der geplanten Reform des SGB VIII. Insbesondere die Perspektivklärung sowie die Kontinuitätssicherung für Kinder und Jugendliche, die in Pflegefamilien leben, sollen im Fokus der Neuordnung der Pflegekinderhilfe stehen. In diesem Kontext werden auch Änderungen im Zivilrecht diskutiert
