Auf dem Weg zur Agendaplanung. Weiterentwicklung der Fahrplanauskunft zum Service-System für Mobilität.

Abstract

Angesichts neuer Herausforderungen werden die Grenzen der aktuellen Reiseplanungssysteme offengelegt und der Bedarf an einer ganzheitlichen Mobilitätsplanung deutlich. Im Rahmen des vom BMWi geförderten Forschungsprojekts DynAPSys wurde das herkömmliche Fahrgastinformationssystem zum Agendaplanungssystem weiterentwickelt. Das neue Konzept verbindet die Mobilitätsplanung mit der persönlichen Tagesplanung, befreit somit den Fahrgast weitgehend von der Reiseplanung und stellt die Gründe für die Mobilität in den Mittelpunkt. Neben dem Konzept der Agendaplanung wird erläutert, wie die beteiligten Akteure im neuen Service-System von einem gegenseitigen Informationsaustausch profitieren können.In view of the new challenges, the boundaries of the current travel planning systems will be disclosed and the need for holistic mobility planning will become clear. Within the BMWi-funded research project DynAPSys traditional passenger information systems were refined. The new concept combines mobility planning with personal day-planning, makes the passenger exempt from the trip planning and focuses on the reasons of mobility. In addition to the concept of Agendaplanung the article discusses, how the stakeholders in the new service system benefit from a mutual exchange of information.
