Abstract
Der Beitrag stellt die wesentlichen Probleme bei der Umsetzung der EU-Verordnung in nationales Recht dar. Er gibt einen Überblick über das Meinungsspektrum sowie die dahinterstehenden Interessen. Schließlich wird ein Kompromissvorschlag aus einer Interessenbewertung abgeleitet.
The article illustrates the fundamental issues of the implementation of the EC regulation into national law. The article gives an overview of the range of opinions and the respective interests behind. Ultimately a compromise proposal will be deducted from an interest evaluation.
