Abstract

Dem elektrischen Antrieb im Stadtverkehr gehört die Zukunft. Mit dem Förderprogramm Modellregionen Elektromobilität des BMVBS wird für die Kommunen in Deutschland der Weg bereitet, innovative Antriebstechnologien und Verkehrskonzepte in neuer Integration zur Anwendung zu bringen. Zu diesen Lösungsansätzen gehört auch die Einrichtung elektrischer Stadtbussysteme in deutschen Groß- und Mittelstädten sowohl in konventioneller als auch zunehmend in innovativer Technologie.Electrical traction will be the future for urban transport systems. The support program of the German Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Affairs (BMVBS) ?Model regions for electric mobility? will pave the way to implement new solutions for innovative driving technologies and traffic concepts in the German municipalities. Part of this idea will be the implementation of electrical urban bus systems in major- and medium sized German towns using either conventional but more and more innovative technologies.
