Abstract

Eisenbahnverkehrs- und -infrastrukturunternehmen stehen permanent vor der Aufgabe, auf der Basis von Zustandsinformationen Entscheidungen über Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Zustandes zu treffen. Wann und mit welcher Finanzierung diese erfolgt, ist eine komplexe Betrachtung, die den Grad der Zustandsveränderung, die Kosten und die Dauer der Maßnahme sowie die aus einer Nichtverfügbarkeil resultierenden Konsequenzen berücksichtigt.
