Abstract

Das bisherige komplexe Verfahren der Infrastrukturfinanzierung des Bestandsnetzes soll durch eine vertragliche Regelung für die gesamte Bestandsnetzinfrastruktur abgelöst werden. In dieser Leistungs- und Finanzierungsvereinbarung (LuFV) werden der jährliche Infrastrukturbeitrag des Bundes für das Bestandsnetz langfristig festgeschrieben und Regelungen über Umfang und Qualität, die von der DB AG zu gewährleisten sind, getroffen. Der Nachweis der Leistungserfüllung durch die DB AG wird zukünftig anhand eines Infrastrukturzustandsberichts erbracht. Er wird aus einem Infrastrukturkataster, der Dokumentation von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie weiteren Einzelinformationen bestehen und jährlich von der DB AG erstellt. difuThe complex procedure used up to now for financing the infrastructure of the existing network is to be replaced by contractual arrangements for the entire existing network infrastructure.
