Abstract

Der Verband Deutscher Verkehrsunternehmen hat mit der Entwicklung der VDV-Kernapplikation die historische Chance genutzt, die Einführung des Elektronischen Fahrgeldmanagements in einzelnen Regionen Deutschlands mit der Standardisierung der Technologie und der Kundenschnittstelle zu erreichen. Die notwendigen Arbeiten sind soweit voran getrieben, dass die Regionen nun auf Basis individueller Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Entscheidungen interoperable Systeme aufbauen könnten. difuWith the development of the VDV-key application, the German Association of Transport Companies (VDV) has seized the historical chance to establish the electronically fare management in some German regions by standardizing technological processes and the customer interface.
