Ausgehend von den Erkenntnissen der Pilotphase wurde eine Rechts- und Organisationsform erprobt und umgesetzt. Ein weiteres zentrales Ziel der Arbeitsgemeinschaft ist die gemeinsame Umsetzung der INSPIRE-Richtlinie. Die dazu durchgeführten Lösungsschritte werden vorgestellt.
