Die Produktion von Ankunftsquartieren. Zur Rolle des Wohnungsbestands und seiner Dynamiken für die sozialräumliche Segregation.

Abstract

Die Studie untersucht Merkmale des Wohnungsbestands, welche die Produktion und die weitere Dynamik von Ankunftsquartieren beeinflussen. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass das Zusammenspiel spezifischer Nachfragen und Angebote ihre Entstehung entscheidend mitgestaltet. Es liegen kaum Studien vor, welche die Art und Beschaffenheit des Wohnungsangebots in Ankunftsquartieren und die auf Zuwanderung und steigende Diversität reagierenden Strategien diverser Wohnungsanbieter analysieren. Der bestehende Literaturkorpus ist unübersichtlich und weist diverse Forschungslücken auf. Im Zuge einer Literaturrecherche werden Forschungsergebnisse aus Deutschland und Europa ausgewertet, um ein kohärentes Bild der Forschungslandschaft sowie den Stand der wissenschaftlichen Kenntnis zum Thema abzubilden. Dabei werden methodische Zugänge zur Erfassung von Zusammenhängen zwischen gebauter Umwelt und ihren Nutzungsrahmenbedingungen einerseits und der sozialen Dynamik von Ankunftsquartieren andererseits näher betrachtet.The project investigates specific features of the housing stock that influence the emergence and further dynamics of arrival neighbourhoods. It is assumed that the interplay of specific demand and supply situations has a decisive influence on the emergence of arrival spaces. Currently, there are hardly any studies available that analyse the type and nature of housing supply in arrival neighbourhoods and the strategies of various housing providers to respond to immigration and increasing diversity. The existing body of literature is rather confusing and shows various gaps. In the course of a systematic literature review, research results from Germany and Europe are evaluated in order to present a coherent picture of the research landscape and the state of scientific knowledge on the subject. Methodical approaches to the recording of relations between the built environment and its conditions of use, on the one hand, and social dynamics, on the other hand, are examined more closely based on the example of arrival neighbourhoods.
